County exhibits.

262.280. The county commission of any county in this statemay, in its discretion, appropriate such sums of money as it maydeem necessary or proper for an exhibit of the resources andproducts of the county at the Missouri state fair out of anyfunds not otherwise appropriated, and the county commission mayappoint some suitable person to look after said exhibit for suchcounty.
