Election of officers--removal--duties.

262.310. Every board of directors shall assemble withintwenty days after their election and choose a president and vicepresident of their number, and a secretary, treasurer and suchother officers, servants and agents as may be necessary, removethem from their office and prescribe their duties; and allproceedings of the board shall be public.
