Recording of incorporation order.

262.400. A duly authenticated copy of the order of thecounty commission, provided for in section 262.290, shall befiled and recorded in such manner as conveyances of land are bylaw directed to be recorded in the office of the recorder ofdeeds of such county within three months after such order shallbe made. No society organized by virtue of sections 262.290 to262.540 shall be authorized to do business as such society untilsuch duly authenticated copy shall have been filed and recordedin the manner herein set out.
