Payment of claims.

262.490. The director of the department of agriculture shallpay the claims of any such fair, agricultural society orexhibition coming under the terms of sections 262.450 and 262.460on approval of the commissioner of administration if satisfied,after due investigation and proof that such fair, agriculturalsociety or exhibition has complied with the provisions of lawrelating to such payments and he shall pay such claims in thesame manner as in the regular accounting by said department.
