Definitions.

262.550. The following words and phrases as used in sections262.550 to 262.620, unless a different meaning is plainlyrequired by the context, shall mean:

(1) "Council" shall mean University of Missouri extensioncouncil, authorized under section 262.563;

(2) "County" does not include the city of St. Louis;

(3) "University" shall mean the curators of the Universityof Missouri.
