Description of district boundaries filed with countycommission--numbering of districts--publication.

262.570. On or before October 1, 1961, or of any yearthereafter, the university shall file with the county commissionin each county in which there is to be established a council aninstrument setting forth the boundaries of each district withinthe county established for the purpose of electing members to thecouncil. The districts in each county shall be consecutivelynumbered from one. A copy thereof shall be published withinfifteen days after it is filed. If the districts as originallyestablished are at any time thereafter altered or changed, theuniversity shall, on or before the first day of July, file withthe county commission an instrument setting forth the change inthe districts and the boundaries thereof and like notice as aboveprovided shall be given of such change.
