Secretary, duties, report--records open.

262.613. The secretary of the council shall record theproceedings of all meetings of the council and of the officers ofthe council in books provided for that purpose; prepare andsubmit to each annual meeting of the council a report on the workand activities of the council since the last annual meeting; andperform such other duties as are usually performed by secretariesand as may be prescribed by the council.
