Right of entry.

263.060. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions andrequirements of sections 263.010 to 263.180, and of the rulesmade and notices given pursuant thereto, the state entomologistand his inspectors and employees shall have power to enter intoor upon any place during reasonable hours, and to open anybundle, package, or other container of plants or plant products.
