State agency purchasing seed from nondomestic source containingnoxious weeds, liability.

263.243. Any state agency purchasing seed from a nondomesticsource, which seed contains any weed not native to this statewhich has been declared a noxious weed by this or any otherstate, shall be liable for eradication of the noxious weed orshall be liable to a landowner for costs of eradication.
