Chemicals and biological agents, approval of required.

263.464. All public utilities, the department of transportation,the department of conservation, the county commission,railroads, drainage districts, township boards, special roaddistricts and other public and quasi-public corporations shalluse only EPA approved chemicals or biological agents labeledto control the targeted noxious weeds. The University ofMissouri college of agriculture may serve as an advisor ifexpertise is required by the applicator.
