Certification of organization--purpose--revocation, when.

263.525. 1. Upon determination by the department that theorganization meets the requirements of section 263.523, the departmentshall certify the organization as the official cotton growers'organization.

2. Such certification shall be for the purposes of sections 263.500to 263.537 only, and shall not affect other organizations or associationsof cotton growers established for other purposes.

3. The department shall certify only one such organization and mayrevoke the certification of the organization if at any time theorganization shall fail to meet the requirements of sections 263.500 to263.537.
