Contents of statement on label or tag.

266.061. No statements regarding the quality or purity ofsuch agricultural or vegetable seeds, if inconsistent with therequirements of this law, shall be written or printed on thelabel or tag, or placed inside or affixed to any container ofagricultural or vegetable seed sold, offered for sale,transported or exposed for sale within this state for seedingpurposes, except this section shall not prohibit the use of alimited warranty statement, provided such statement shall in noway modify or deny the labeling information required in this lawor constitute a defense of any violation of this law.
