Definitions.

266.361. As used in sections 266.361 to 266.400, thefollowing words and terms shall be defined as indicated:

(1) "Person" includes individuals, partnerships,associations, firms, corporations, estates, trusts, trustees, orreceivers.

(2) "Soil conditioner" means any substance added to the soilor applied to plants other than fertilizers regulated under theprovisions of sections 266.291 to 266.351, RSMo, economic poisonsregistered under the provisions of sections 263.270 to 263.380and any substance which is sold to the consumer at a price ofless than ten dollars per ton.
