Instrument of sale, information to be shown on.

266.550. 1. All agricultural liming materials sold,offered, or exposed for sale shall guarantee effectiveneutralizing material and the effective magnesium per ton.

2. Any person who shall sell, offer, or expose for sale, orwho shall ship, transport, or deliver agricultural limingmaterials, shall affix or cause to be affixed to every bill oflading, scale ticket, delivery receipt or other instrument ofsale plainly thereon the net weight of the lot and the guaranteeof the effective magnesium and effective neutralizing materialper ton as provided in sections 266.500 to 266.550 and the namebrand, if any, under which the liming material is sold, the nameof the manufacturer, producer or shipper, and the location of theprincipal office of the manufacturer, producer or shipper.
