Exposed animals quarantined--consignment for slaughter.

267.693. Sheep, goats or cattle exposed to scabies shall beimmediately quarantined to the premises and either dipped undersupervision or in lieu of dipping the exposed sheep or goats, ifan inspection indicates freedom from clinical evidence ofscabies, may be consigned under permit directly to an approvedslaughtering establishment within Missouri, or to a federallyinspected stockyards market within Missouri, provided notice ofsuch shipment is given to the veterinarian in charge in advanceof the shipment.
