Entrance of sheep or goats from noncertified to certified areas.

267.710. 1. Sheep or goats from counties or areas withinMissouri that have not been certified by the department as beingscabies free shall not enter scabies free areas for breeding orfeeding purposes unless dipped in an approved dip undersupervision within ten days preceding shipment or movement, andsatisfactory evidence of the dipping accompanies the shipment andis given to the purchaser or consignee.

2. Undipped sheep and goats from counties or areas that havenot been certified by the department and are not known to beinfected* with scabies or exposure thereto may enter certifiedscabies free counties or areas, only when consigned directly to astockyards market or licensed auction market, provided the sheepor goats are accompanied by a waybill, bill of lading,certificate of inspection or permit.
