Fees, disposition--livestock brands fund, creation, use,administration.

268.131. All fees and money collected under the provisionsof sections 268.011 to 268.171 by the director shall be placed inthe state treasury to the credit of the "Livestock Brands Fund",which is hereby created. The state treasurer shall administerthe fund, and the moneys in the fund shall be used solely, uponappropriation, by the division of animal health of the departmentof agriculture in the administration of this chapter. Theunexpended balance in the fund at the end of every two fiscalyears shall be transferred to the credit of the general revenuefund.
