Application for permit to transport dead animals, contents.

269.040. Any person desiring a permit under this chapter toengage or continue in the business of transporting dead animals,shall file an application for such permit with the stateveterinarian, which application shall set forth the name andresidence of the applicant, the location of his place ofbusiness, the particular method, or methods, which he intends toemploy, in the transportation of the bodies of such dead animals;the number and kind of vehicles he will use; and such otheressential information relative thereto as the state veterinarian,by his rules and regulations, may require.
