Application for permit to operate dead animal substation, contents.

269.045. Any person desiring a permit to operate ormaintain a dead animal substation as provided for in thischapter, shall file an application for such permit with the stateveterinarian, which application shall set forth the name andresidence of the applicant, the location of his place ofbusiness, the particular method, or methods, which he intends toemploy in the storage of dead animals at the substation, thenumber, location, and size of all substations he desires tooperate, and other such information relative thereto as the stateveterinarian by rule or regulation may require.
