Receipt of application, duties of state veterinarian.

269.050. Upon receipt of a permit application, the stateveterinarian shall, within thirty days, ascertain whether or notsuch applicant is qualified to operate such vehicle orsubstation, and that if the equipment or substation to be usedand the proposed methods of operation comply with all theprovisions of this chapter and with the rules and regulationsauthorized thereunder, the state veterinarian shall thereuponissue to such applicant a* permit.
