Inspection and review, notice of insufficiencies, reinspection.

269.060. Whenever the state veterinarian, by his initialinspection of the applicant's equipment or substation and hisinitial review of the applicant's proposed methods of operation,*shall find that the applicant has not complied with all therequirements of this chapter and of such rules and regulations* orshall find that the applicant will be unable to comply due to thecondition of the equipment or facility or the methods theapplicant has proposed to employ, the state veterinarian shall atonce notify the applicant in writing, delivered in person or bycertified mail, with return receipt, specifying the particularsof such failure to comply or the insufficiencies and of anyfurther objections he may have. The applicant may, in writing,notify the state veterinarian of his corrections and upon receiptof this notice, the state veterinarian shall, within ten days,make a similar second inspection and review.
