Issuance of permit to operate substation--contents--posting.

269.072. When the applicant has satisfied all requirementsimposed by this chapter the state veterinarian shall issue tosuch applicant a permit which shall entitle the applicant tooperate a dead animal substation. The permit issued to theapplicant shall bear the applicant's name, the substationlocation and identification number, and such permit must bemaintained in plain view at the substation, and a copy of thepermit must be presented to the state veterinarian upon request.
