Vehicles and substations, construction.

269.130. All vehicles and substations used in thetransportation or holding of the bodies of dead animals, underthe provisions of this chapter, shall have a tank or metal liningin the bed of such vehicle or substation, or be otherwise soconstructed that the same shall be practically watertight, sothat no drippings, or seepage from such dead bodies shall escapefrom such vehicles while engaged in such transportation orholding; and every such vehicle shall have a bed of such depthand type of construction and equipment that any dead body orbodies therein shall be completely hidden from view of personsusing the highways and any public nuisance obviated while beingtransported or held.
