Disposal, time limitation.

269.145. No dead animal may remain at an unrefrigeratedsubstation or a series of unrefrigerated substations for a periodof more than forty-eight hours. All dead animals entering asubstation in this state shall be disposed of according to theprovisions of this chapter, taken to an authorized disposalfacility, or permanently removed from the state within theabove-mentioned time.
