Required cleansing and disinfecting of vehicles--hauling live animalsor feeds in same vehicle prohibited.

269.150. After the bodies of dead animals have beenunloaded from any vehicle used for the transportation thereof tothe disposal plant, on each trip, such vehicle and all partsthereof shall be thoroughly cleansed and disinfected in suchmanner and with such a solution, as the state veterinarian shallprescribe by regulation, and in addition thereto all suchvehicles shall be washed out thoroughly with steam or hot waterafter each use thereof in transporting such dead bodies. Itshall be unlawful to use any truck or vehicle licensed under theprovisions of this chapter to haul dead animal bodies, for thepurpose of hauling or transporting live animals, or animal orpoultry feeds of any description or anything to be used for humanconsumption.
