Record of strays taken up.

271.090. If the property so taken up be appraised at sevendollars or more, the associate circuit judge shall, within tendays thereafter, file in the office of the clerk of the countycommission a copy of the entries in his stray book. The clerkshall record the same in a book kept for that purpose; provided,that all animals taken up at one time shall be included in onecertificate, and the total appraisement thereof shall govern theaction of the associate circuit judge in complying with thissection.
