Nonhouseholder to file bond--failure.

271.120. No associate circuit judge shall allow any person,not a householder, to post any stray before him, without firstfiling with such associate circuit judge the bond required bylaw. And when any person, not a householder, shall appear beforean associate circuit judge to post any stray, and shall fail orrefuse to give the required bond, such associate circuit judgeshall immediately appoint some other person, qualified by law, totake charge and post said stray. At the time of posting, theassociate circuit judge shall deliver to every taker-up a writtenor printed statement of the duties required by law to beperformed by such taker-up.
