Fines, penalties and forfeitures to go into school fund.
271.370. All fines, penalties and forfeitures, also allmoneys, except fees collected from the taker-up of any stray,under the provisions of this chapter, shall be paid into thecounty treasury, and become a part of the permanent school fundof the county.
