Duties of persons appointed--their fees.

272.100. The persons appointed by the associate circuit judgepursuant to section 272.040 to discharge the duties therein specified shallreceive twenty-five dollars each per day for the time actually employed,which shall be taxed as costs in the case against the parties and collectedaccordingly.
