Duty of judge if parties disagree on value--fence viewers toestimate.

272.250. If the parties interested fail to agree as to thevalue of one-half of the fence, the owner of the fence may applyto a circuit or associate circuit judge of the county, who shallwithout delay issue an order to three disinterested householdersof the township, not of kin to either party, reciting thecomplaint, and requiring them to view the fence, estimate thevalue thereof, and make return under oath to the judge on the daynamed in the order.
