Judgment of judge may be reviewed in circuit court.

272.340. Any person aggrieved by any order or judgment ofthe judge made or entered under the provisions of sections272.250 and 272.280 may have the same reviewed by a petition inthe circuit court of the county wherein the proceedings were had,verified by affidavit. A copy of the petition shall be deliveredto the adverse party at least fifteen days before thecommencement of the next term of the court, and the originalfiled in the office of the clerk; provided, that the petition maybe filed within thirty days after the order or judgment was madeor rendered, and not afterward.
