Annual reports--contents.

274.160. Each association formed under this chapter shallprepare and make out an annual report on forms, to be furnishedby the state director of agriculture, containing the name of theassociation; its principal place of business; and a generalstatement of its business operations during the fiscal year, thenumber of members and amount of membership fees received, thetotal expenses of operations; the amount of its indebtedness orliabilities, and its balance sheets, and file one copy thereof inoffice of the secretary of state.
