274.300. 1. Any provisions of law which are in conflictwith this chapter shall be construed as not applying to theassociations herein provided for.
2. Any exemptions whatsoever under any and all existing lawsapplying to agricultural products in the possession or under thecontrol of the individual producer, shall apply similarly andcompletely to such products delivered by its former members, inthe possession or under the control of the association.

(1958) Section 274.300 made the provisions of § 390.030, RSMo, which exempts trucks operated by farmers from regulation by the public service commission, applicable to farmers' cooperative to the same extent as individual farmers.
