Who may incorporate--certain restrictions--style of corporatename.

275.010. 1. Commodity associations, as authorized in thischapter, may be incorporated as follows: Corn growersassociations, wheat growers associations, potato growersassociations, apple growers associations, strawberry growersassociations, cotton growers associations and melon growersassociations, but no such association shall be formed for thepurpose of growing or producing and marketing more than one ofsuch commodities, and associations of growers; or producers ofany other commodity or product of the soil though not hereinnamed may be incorporated under the provisions of this chapter.

2. Every such association shall have, as a part of itscorporate name, the name of the commodity in the growing,production and marketing of which its members are, or proposed tobe engaged.
