Stock to be paid for prior to issuance.

275.090. No share of stock having a par value shall beissued by any such association unless, and until, the par valuethereof has in good faith been paid into the treasury of theassociation in lawful money of the United States, and no share ofcapital stock without par value shall be issued by anyassociation until the value thereof, as determined in itsarticles of association, has in good faith been paid to thetreasurer of the association in lawful money of the UnitedStates.
