Members of association not individually liable.

275.100. No stockholder or member of associations organizedunder the provisions of this chapter shall ever be individuallyliable by reason thereof, in any amount over or above the valueof the share, or shares, owned by him, and having once paid, asin this chapter provided, for said shares, his liability withreference thereto, by reason of being or having been a member orstockholder of such association, shall in law and equity bedeemed fully discharged.
