Exempt from general corporation law--exceptions.
275.200. That commodity associations organized under theprovisions of this chapter shall be exempt from the limitations,restrictions and burdens imposed upon corporations by any law ofthis state pertaining to the regulation thereof, except such asare in this chapter specifically set forth.
