Beef producers assessment, effect if federal assessment adopted.

275.352. If a national referendum among beef producerspasses and a federal assessment on beef producers is adoptedpursuant to federal law, no state fees shall be collected underthe provisions of this chapter, in excess of a commensurateamount credited against the obligation to pay any such federalassessment. Upon adoption of the federal assessment, beef shallbe exempt from the refund provision of section 275.360.
