Annual report--payment required.

275.468. Payment of the charges provided in sections 275.464 to275.468 shall be made by each commercial producer in this state. Eachcommercial producer, on or before the thirty-first day of January, shallfile with the director of the department of agriculture, on formsprescribed and furnished by the director, a signed written report induplicate, in such form as is required by the director to enable thedirector to compute, and assure the accuracy of, the charges due on allgrapes and grape juice processed during the preceding year. Payment of thecharges in the amount disclosed by the report shall accompany the report.
