Attorney general to bring suit--court may issue injunction.

276.130. It is hereby made the duty of the attorney generalof the state of Missouri, upon being informed that any of theprovisions of sections 276.090 to 276.150 have been violated, tobring suit in the proper court against any such organization,person, firm or corporation to procure the injunction providedfor in section 276.140, and upon proof that the defendant in suchsuit has violated any provision of sections 276.090 to 276.150,the court shall issue its permanent injunction against suchdefendant, in accordance with section 276.140.
