Poultry and egg exchanges deemed public markets and subject to law.

276.160. Any regular place of business or trading roomcommonly known or designated as a poultry and egg exchange, oregg and poultry exchange, or produce exchange, maintained oroperated by any organization, of whatever form or kind, for themembers of such organization, in which said place of business ortrading room members of such organization sell, buy, exchange, orbargain for poultry and eggs or other farm products forthemselves or others, is hereby declared to be a public market,and said public market, and the organization maintaining oroperating the same, and the members of said organization, inbuying, selling or exchanging in said market, shall be subject tothe provisions of sections 276.160 to 276.230.
