Director not to be interested in grain buying.

276.541. The director shall not, directly or indirectly, beinterested in buying or selling grain, either on his own accountor for others, or in handling grain as a grain dealer or onprivate account, during his term of office; except that, thedirector may sell, handle, buy or store grain in connection withhis farming operation.
