Director may petition for injunctive relief, how.

276.661. The director, on determining that any person mayhave violated any provision of sections 276.600 to 276.661, maypetition for injunctive relief from further violation. Suchpetition shall be addressed to the circuit court in the county inwhich the offense occurred or in which the offender has hisprincipal place of business or is doing business or resides. Thecourt, on determining that there is probable cause that aviolation of sections 276.600 to 276.661 exists, shall issueappropriate injunctive relief.
