Curators of university designated as state agency.

278.020. The curators of the University of Missouri, hereinreferred to as the curators, acting by and through theagricultural extension service by it carried on in connectionwith the college of agriculture of the university of Missouri,are hereby designated as the agency of the state of Missouri toadminister any plans authorized by this federal act which shallbe approved by the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States,herein referred to as the Secretary of Agriculture, for the stateof Missouri pursuant to provisions of said Soil Conservation andDomestic Allotment Act.
