Application to existing districts.
278.155. All soil conservation districts organized prior tothe effective date of sections 278.060 to 278.155 shall hereafterbe known as "Soil and Water Conservation Districts" and shall besubject to the provisions of, and afforded all the privilegesgranted hereunder.
