Regulations, how approved.

278.210. The state soil and water districts commission shalldevelop the procedure including rules, regulations, forms andother documents to be used in the establishment of a subdistrict,and a board of supervisors shall submit to the state soil andwater districts commission for its approval copies of any rules,regulations, forms and other documents as* this board shallcontemplate using in pursuance of their duties, and such otherinformation concerning their activities as the soil and watercommission may require in the performance of its own duties undersections 278.160 to 278.300.
