Pesticide containers, regulation of, handling of.

281.085. No person shall discard, transport, or store anypesticide or pesticide containers in such a manner as to causeinjury to humans, vegetation, crops, livestock, wildlife,beneficial insects or to pollute any waterway. The director maypromulgate rules and regulations governing the discarding andstoring of such pesticide or pesticide containers. Indetermining these rules and regulations the director shall takeinto consideration any regulations issued by the FederalEnvironmental Protection Agency.
