Lists to be confidential.

285.015. No list of employees furnished to municipalcorporations under the provisions of sections 285.010 to 285.020shall be used for any purpose other than in connection with thecollection of an earnings tax. Such lists shall be treated asconfidential records and shall not be sold, given away, orotherwise distributed by municipal corporations or theirinstrumentalities and shall not be open to public inspection.
