285.515. If a court determines that an employer has knowinglymisclassified a worker, the court shall enter a judgment in favor of thestate and award penalties in the amount of fifty dollars per day permisclassified worker up to a maximum of fifty thousand dollars. Theattorney general may enter into a consent judgment with any person allegedto have violated sections 285.500 to 285.515.
