Division of employment security supervised by director--powers andduties.

286.130. Subject to the supervision of the director of the departmentof labor and industrial relations, the division of employment security isunder the control, management and supervision of a director who shall beappointed by the governor as otherwise provided by law. The divisiondirector shall perform all duties and have all the powers andresponsibilities conferred and imposed upon him by the Missouri employmentsecurity law.
